Yesterday was a beautiful and enjoyable opportunity to meet with students, faculty members, and administrative staff in an atmosphere filled with interaction and genuine concern for community health.
What was offered during the visit: free and immediate blood sugar tests, weight and body mass measurements, individual consultations from specialists, practical guidance for improving lifestyle, advice on preventing complications from diabetes and obesity. The students participated actively and enthusiastically, and their questions were extremely important.
The discussions were very helpful regarding: • Healthy and balanced nutrition • Physical activity and its importance • How to live healthily with diabetes • Daily habits that improve health A small step today can make a big difference in your health tomorrow!
Special thanks to the administration of Nalut College of Education and all faculty members and students for their warm welcome and excellent cooperation. We look forward to more visits and health events in other colleges and cities, God willing. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this activity.
We thank all those involved in the campaign and encourage them to be a great support in promoting the culture of medical check-ups and disseminating useful medical information.
